Awful..... never open or only open half a day the woman who ownes it is awfully rude.... and the cake is awful

This is my business and I must say the last reviewer was himself very rude to me ,i sometimes have to make a delivery first thing in the morning and I do my upmost to be at the shop for 9 am ,unfortunately this individual didn't like me being 5 mins late to open up and even went next door to complain !
