Love this place. Such amazing staff, so friendly and really talented. So pleased with my hair. I've had so many compliments. Keep up the good work guys. Will definitely be back. The complimentary mini mani was a nice touch too. 5 stars.

Not good and wont be back.  After years of using this salon I was given a cut that was not correct and not cut right.  I rang to get this rectified and was treated like a leper.  Ridiculous behaviour.  Was made to feel it was my fault when clearly the photo I had was nothing like the cut I got.  The hairdresser proceeded to rectify the mistake by hurting my head and dragging the comb across my scalp.  Minus one star.  Made to fill out a form saying I was happy now without being given time to read what was said about me.

Had highlights, wanted them to look natural. Look like a skunk! Big streaks of over bleached hair. They put a toner on, still doesn't look good :-(
