Days before Christmas - this company were very busy, but kindly and patiently talked me though re-pressurising my old boiler on the telephone. They didn’t have to help me but they did. Five star service which I am very grateful for. Thank you

I made an appointment with this company to visit in October 2015 and quote for a replacement gas boiler. Anytime between 10am and 5pm was agreed. I telephoned Lovatts at 2.45pm to check they were still coming and was told I would be the next appointment.

Nobody turned up, nobody telephoned, not even in the days after the appointment date. They wasted a week of my time in arranging a replacement boiler whilst suffering without heating or hot water. They knew our boiler had broken when I first telephoned.

Very disappointed by this business. Hopeless communication.

Great company to look after all your heating/plumbing requirements.  They have always treated me as a valued customer and give a great service.
