I was very impressed with the workmanship and professionalism of Jim. He re-upholstered the arms of my office chair and did an excellent job. Similarly he also re-upholstered a leather cushion from my sofa, again doing an amazing job, ensuring that the colour contrast exactly matched the rest of the sofa upholstery. He was very prompt too with his time schedules and I had all the work done in a matter of days. Excellent prices too, good value for money and a courteous, friendly hard working man. I shall have no hesitation in contacting Jim again for further work should the need arise. Highly recommended.

We contacted Jim early Dec 14 regarding re-upholstering a very nice, up market handmade three piece suite which cost £4,000 from Devonshire Sofas in Budleigh Salterton 7 years ago. Jim presented us with literally thousands of fabric samples to choose from. A reasonable priced ( £18.49 per metre ) machine washable fabric was chosen and delivered in 2 days as promised. The complete job took just the 1 week with the 2 seater being taken away in Jim`s van re-upholstered, and then returned. The 2 chairs then followed giving us the least amount of inconvenience possible. I have to say at all times Jim and his colleague where polite and very friendly. The completed job was fantastic. The workmanship was indeed better than when we purchased the furniture in 2007. We had contacted Devonshire Sofas for a quotation prior to meeting Jim and they wanted between £3,200 and £4,000 depending on the fabric to recover the suite. Jim charged £1,300 for the labour and with the 22 metres of fabric required the total was a very pleasing £1,700. To say our expectations were exceeded would be a complete understatement. The result was nothing short of fantastic. Value for money, completed by a very nice bloke. What more do you want.
