Louise was my hairdresser for many years. I always found her very professional and honest about your hair. Never felt rushed she had good ideas and was interested about what you had to say. Louise is a lovely kind warm and welcoming person who looks after you. She does a great hair wash/massage. I only left her because she moved away.

I literally cried when Lou left Exeter. My hairdresser for more than 20yrs. Like others I changed salons as she progressed. She was always ahead of the game regarding new teqniques, products, & always willing to give great advice based on her up to date training. Lou is a very talented hairdresser who shows great care & kindness to her clients. She comes very highly recommended so get booked in as soon as you can. Our loss is your gain.
