Some of them have no idea what customer service is. Very rude and unhelpful

Getting good service depends how lucky you are. Two of them is always helpfull and smiling, other two does not care about the customers. You can face with a long que. Quite small. Well, just a post office do not expect too much...

It was messy, unkempt,  a little dirty, untidy (mop and bucket next to the customer queuing line, so smell of damp mops etc). Customer service was just rude and not pleasant. No care about the customer at all. If it wasn't the only post office in Loughton I doubt people would use it.

Needed to use the Post Office but was very DISAPPOINTED to find that they had locked the doors at 4:50pm - when on the website its says they close at 5.30pm on SATURDAYS!!!!!!
