I was away with work in a local hotel and did not fancy paying ridiculous prices for a burger. So called here for food to take back to the room. Customer service was great, very friendly and welcoming. Ordered salt and pepper chicken and spare ribs in Bbq sauce and very nice it was aswell. I will defo be returning next time I'm down here.
Used to be good, now very poor. Chicken balls cooking varies. Had to throw most of last order away as dangerously undercooked. Bland burnt noodles in too much oil Rice often burnt and always flavourless This is based off past 3 months. Often seems rushed and thrown out the door. Shame really as used to be the premier takeout in St Neots
Food 20 mins late and when called would not talk or offer any compensation. All I could hear is the staff shouting in the background. I would not recommend this restaurant at all as would also question how they treat staff never mind customers
Small Chinese takeaway that delivers around the local area. There is always plenty with their dishes but in my opinion a little expensive for some of the dishes. But very tastyFood: 4/5
Portions always good price no difference as most take aways limited parking an issue . Most dishes full of flavour beef chewy in most dishes and ribs over cooked even with a sauce . But take away itself is one of the better ones around and I always go back and order from lotus .
Food turned up 25 minutes late and not all that. When I called to ask where the food was all I got was ‘oh it’s on its way’ when questioned why late was shrugged away. Therefore asked compensation and they refused to speak to me and staff were shouting in the background Will never order from this place again
Good food but have consistently forgotten items of my order despite delivery and collection methods. Both times they offered very little help and recompense for the inconvenience. Very disappointed with Lotus House.
Do not order from here, delivery took way longer than they said and called to just be repeatedly told it was out for delivery when it clearly wasn't. Took well over an hour and a half when they originally said 40 mins. Definitely avoid if you can
Lotus House is a great establishment. The food is always delicious and the menu has a lot of choice. Their delivery time is always good and the food is still hot. Highly recommended :
Nice takeaway but just lately they have been slipping. My order tonight- beef and chicken dry chow mein, really nice. Sweet and sour chicken balls..... BURNT not so good. Chips........ Passable but not great, a bit well done. Chicken balls have been like this before so won't be ordering them again! Not all doom and gloom, alot of the menu is very nice.
