Me and my family love Lotherton Hall. There is always something to do, and the animal section has just had some penguins added which makes it even more exciting for the kids. Membership is reasonable, especially if you will visit at least once a month. The house is nice to look around, as are the gardens.

Excellent to visit as a family or couple, lots to do and see. There is a picnic area, wildlife park and play park to occupy the kids. The hall is stunning inside and must be seen. If you get hungry there is a cafe that serves drinks and food. Overall a great day to be had by the whole family.

Something for everyone - a good play area for the kids, as well as flamingos, penguins and other birds/animals to look at. Plenty of grounds to walk around and of course the Hall with its local history. There are a few picnic tables near the play area and a cafe in the courtyard. Didn't use the cafe but got a takeaway coffee from the kiosk. After I'd ordered I was disappointed to see that it was just instant coffee .....for £2.05. Overall, a good place to while away a few hours with the family.

This place has really gone downhill. It used to be great when it was free but now it seems like it's all for profit. I only come to the car shows now. ***UPDATE 22.3.18*** The bird garden has had a make over which includes a new gift shop as well as a few animals. They also have Penguins now.

Great place to get the kids out in the fresh air. Bird garden is great for little ones especially with the new penguin pool. Picnic areas, two playgrounds and plenty of opportunities for cakes and ice cream. Well worth the money.
