Brilliant. Easy to get an appointment when required and you are treated really well. Very rude doctor one doctor treated me better than the other yet again asked for a referral to be made to cardiology due to my symptoms and again things have gone missing off my record and that doctor won't look for it it although I told him dates and times things have happened he then made me wait from four o clock to six o clock to be seen then he pushed me out the surgery because he wanted to get home and when U say anything to the manager I get backstabbed again and ignored now having to go private for my care I gave that doctor a good thing on my first visit from him then the second time is when it went wrong with no manager available he didn't want to bother with me I then asked the manager to get the other doctor back involved who I could work with and that's been turned down I have jow had to complain to courts and bring a solicitor involved as well and I won't be stopping there I will be sueing all the nhs for lack of medical knowledge of what to do and how to treat people with autism and ADHD
Refered by 111 to this surgery as I have recently been in hospital with sepsis and I've developed cystitis and need some antibiotics. 111 want me to see a Dr and my own Dr said I needed to be examined first. 111 sent a referral to the surgery, but they refused to see me! Absolutely disgusting care! I'll end up in ICU again because I have been refused care.
Great service by each nurse and doctor who I have seen at the surgery and due to my various health complications I'm in there quite a bit! Personally, I'm used to blood tests but regardless each nurse is reassuring and informative so I feel assured and safe, making each procedure quick and relatively painless. I always feel I can ask any questions I may have and appointments are always booked in fairly good time.
10/10 for a kind, friendly and helpful service, from the receptionists to the nurses and the Drs. My husband and I have been registered at Lostwithiel since 2003 and the treatment we have received in that time has been second to none. Sincere thanks, to all of you.
