As a tourist from EU we got very quick an appointment to see a doctor within 2h. Waiting time fully acceptable 20-30min.nnVery kind and friendly receptionist and doctor!nMany thanks for your quick help, much appreciated!

Tried to get an mri scan booked but was not told when it was. Then when i tried to chase it up i was told for the first time when it was told which was the day after the appointment date. A surgery i have used for many years but never again. How csn you attend an MRI Scan which you were never notified about untill the dat after it snd told they would not arrand an other one as i did not attend the scan that i had not been told about untill the dat after i was ment to be there. And telling me now that they eill.not arange an other one.

The receptionist was absolutely fantastic, she made sure I was issued an inhaler by the doctor before the local pharmacy closed and I got it. I had a really bad chest while visiting and wasn't sure I would be issued one but it definitely helped me. Thank you so much!

Reception staff are fantastic .   Polite,and helpful. Two gp's iv had for telephone consultation have not been helpful, nor did I feel listened to!     Don't think even looked at my notes air meds list ! As I was asked what pain relief I was on !

Very impressed with the care and attention shown to me today 3/12/2021 at the Lorn Medical Centre in Oban. I’ve already been given my appointments for a chest X-ray, bloods and physio all within next two weeks. I was thoroughly examined. Having moved from Edinburgh to Oban I had reservations changing my surgery as I had my previous doctor for 30 years! Thank you K.Anderson
