Sixty Degrees is a small independent business which is not just a coffee shop, tea room, bakehouse or internet café.... it's all of that and more...

What we do:
- make our food orders from scratch using fresh ingredients
- Bake our own cakes in our own kitchen
- Use free range eggs and take the time to cook them properly
- Source our ingredients from local suppliers
- Make cakes to order
- Host private parties with three course meals
- Provide live music on Saturday afternoons

What we don't do:
- Buy in frozen cakes
- Buy in ready made food
- Use common table salt in any of the food or cakes we make

Because we make our own food and bake our own cakes, we have the freedom to choose the ingredients we use. This means that we can cater for many different dietary requirements...

- we often bake dairy free cakes, vegan cakes, organic cakes and no/low sugar cakes

We only use pure natural Himalayan salt in the food or cakes we make.
