The staff were lovely with my fit to fly test. However, they did say it would be "closer to 12 hours" out of the 12-24 hour turnaround, and it ended up being 22 hours. Not their fault on the timing, but it would've been nice to have a more realistic timeline. Incredible service aside from that.

I always get a 5* service from Lords pharmacy. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Fatima is always on hand to help me navigate through the often confusing rules around PCR testing. Myself and my family members do all our tests through Lords pharmacy. I know they are efficient and most importantly reliable, I have had private prescriptions done there as well as used their many services. Their opening times and location is really convenient too!

Amazing service, staff made me feel at ease about my PCR test, results arrived on time. Pharmacist was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will def be going back. Lovely selection of beauty products to chose from I was even able to pick up some essentials for my hols.

I felt lost in the middle of London not being able to be promptly and effectively tested for the 2nd, 5th and 8th day of quarantine. I had previously ordered a kit for personal testing before arriving in the UK. My kit was lost by the RoyalMail; therefore, I had to find an alternative solution to have myself tested and set myself free from the torments of self-isolation. Under these circumstances, I kept looking online for in-clinic examinations regarding the PCR testing. Unfortunately, the certified 5-star evaluation clinics were ridiculously expensive, whereas the cheap ones were mostly unreliable. By searching and searching, I eventually found Lord's pharmacy which had very reasonable prices for PCR testing in comparison to the other ones. I immediately called them and the morning shift employee accepted to see me and my girlfriend as fast as it could possibly get. In a few hours, we were there to have ourselves tested. As a matter of fact, the tests results were successfully delivered by the next day and in a few hours respectively. Simultaneously, the staff acted very responsibly by immediately submitting our negative results to the governmental PCR system. We could not be more delighted than that. Worth every pound of the price. 5/5 stars. I would return for sure. Thank you, humans and best regards.

Do not go to this pharmacy, it is absolutely day light robbery. 40 pounds for ONE lateral flow test is absolutely ludicrous. I get that It’s a private pharmacy so will charge for its services but this is honestly ridiculous. Taking advantage of desperation in a global pandemic and charging 40 pounds for a single lateral flow test is just crazy. Massive rip off and not worth going here at all.

Clean pharmacy, very helpful staff members particularly Sam who really made me feel comfortable through out my test, the calm and assuring approach made me feel at ease through out the process. Highly recommend if you want your medication almost instantly or if you are hesitant like me and need additional support with any tests then this certainly is right up your street.
