This review is based on the appalling service I have received from this salon, I have had no problem with the quality of treatments but cannot rate it any higher given their attitude to customer service. I booked an appointment for a Saturday 3 weeks in advance and received a phone call 2 days before the appointment to advise me that the beautician had made a mistake and the salon wasn't actually open on the day of the appointment . I was offered an alternative day or an appointment at the Queens Park salon. I wasn't very happy but attended another less convenient appointment and booked a follow up appointment for this Saturday. I arrived to find the salon closed with a note on the door advising that anyone requiring an appointment should ring the Queen's Park salon. I rang and left a message querying why the salon was closed. The owner rang back a little later and left a voicemail apologising and stating that the beautician was on holiday and didn't have my phone number to ring and cancel the appointment. He said that I could ring the QP salon for an appointment. Firstly, they did have my number as they were able to ring and cancel my previous appointment! Secondly, what reputable business books appointments and cancels them with ridiculously flimsy excuses?! This is not how I expect to be treated and I will not give any further custom to a business whose owners show such blatant disregard for customer service.
