Tia helped us to buy our car three years ago and so we returned on Friday to talk about an upgrade. Charlie, her Manager talked us through everything, completed the sale and we decided to do a lease this time and part exchange our car. The perfect car for us was on their forecourt at an excellent price. Everything was explained very clearly and efficiently. We came back today to do the handover with Tia and once again she explained everything clearly and with patience. She also had to deal with a problem we had with our car earlier this afternoon which was sorted quickly. The staff at Lookers are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Highly recommended.
Where to start?? Firstly Tia-Alyce was an incredibly warm, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful person. She wanted to help me immediately - took time to listen to me and find a car.nThe manager was also helpful - sorting out the finance on the used vehicle I bought.nThey gave me a good price on my part exchange BMW - better than the BMW dealer had offered!nThey offered a 1 hour test drive in the Focus - which was great! I was able to take it home and measure the boot space which was the reason for my purchase.nI had hoped to take the car that evening- but the Finance got referred later approvednTia brought me home so I didn't have the sadness of driving my BMW one more time.nTia then delivered the car the next morning to my home - taking time to get to know my dog and explain the car to me.nIt was an incredibly positive experience.nThank you Tia

Not at all like your stereotypical sales person and I would come back in a heartbeat.nCouldn’t have completed the sale without Charlie’s knowledge and support. What an excellent dealership!nWe were just casually looking for a new car.
