I visited Longfield Nursing Home a few weeks ago and was reassured by the warm and caring environment I saw for the patients. The lady who showed us around was enthusiastic and interested in the welfare of the patients and wanted the environment to be pleasant and inviting. She had bought new Christmas decorations and was impatient to get them put up to see the reaction of the patients. She talked about how we could personalise my aunts room to make her feel at home. The focus was on the welfare of the patients. We saw several patients as they appeared content and happy in the home. I would feel content if my aunt had a place in this home. The visit allayed many of my fears about nursing homes.

Well looked after and very friendly helpful staff.

Hate this place  my grandma died in here
