I was very nervous before my 2 13yr old cats went to Longcroft for 5 days while we moved house as they’ve never been away from our home before, but I needn’t have worried. When iI arrived with the cats I was straight away put at easy by the facilities, fantastic, and the professionalism and warmth of April. Her and her team looked after the cats so well. They settled in very quickly and I love that every night I got an email update and photos of the fur babies. That was very much appreciated and it meant that we could concentrate on the move knowing that the cats were happy and well looked after. As a bonus April showed me her trick to give cats tablets.nI would highly recommend Longcroft and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
April has been wonderful, professional and organised making the whole process smooth and easy. It was the first time our two kittens were away from us for an extended period, they both did really well, we needn't worry! We regularly received reassuring picture updates which we absolutely loved. We left with new favourite toys for the kittens, both of whom settled quickly back home. They must have enjoyed their time away and had great care from April. We're very happy and would highly recommend April. :
I was really worried about leaving our 12yr old rescue cat in a cattery especially as he's a bit shy & nervous of new people and was thrilled to find a cat hotel who would be able to spend more time with him. April was fantastic with Freddie, he settled quickly and I received regular updates with photos, which I loved getting as I could see how settled and happy he was. It really put my mind at ease and helped me not worry about him while we were out of the house during our house renovation. He was very happy and not stressed at all - I highly recommend April and will definitely have him stay with her again.
We were beyond happy with the cattery, April allowed us time to settle the cats down before leaving them and sent us an update later that night to confirm our trio had settled down fine. We arrived back to three very happy cats who were reluctant to leave, the time April spends with the cats shows in how content they are. The cattery is beautiful, clean, and well equipped. The additional touches of update emails and pictures were received with much excitement by ourselves and the kids. Would recommend this place to anyone and we will be using April again in the future
If I could give April at the Four Marks Cat Hotel 6 stars I would. She looked after my 4 cats in August, the care and passion she showed for them was outstanding and when 2 of them became poorly absolutely nothing to do with their stay, April was quick to arrange visits to the vets, she kept me informed all the way how they were. I loved receiving the emails and photos how they were all doing, it was comforting to see how relaxed they were and it was a massive weight off my mind knowing I’d left them in such capable hands. The accommodation itself is a high standard and as I had 4 cats there, I had adjoining suites which were opened up to make a much bigger suite. Will certainly use April again in the future. Highly recommend. Thank you for everything April!
