I joined the  team working at Longbridge Deverill Nursing Home in September 2022.   From the very beginning I've been given great support from the management and also unit leads.nThe residents are our priority focus. They recieve fantastic care, encouraged to take part in activities of their interests and supported with all personal and emotional needs.nThe residents families are hugely grateful for the care we give their loved ones and are made extremely welcome while visiting.nIt is very rewarding working here and would encourage others to look into caring here.

As an Anna Chaplain I visit Longbridge Deverill care home every week and conduct a church service once a month. I find all the staff very welcoming and there is generally a happy atmosphere. The residents appear well cared for and settled. I am really impressed by the activities team who provide a wide range of topics and interests for the residents to enjoy and interact with. The managers Ben and Maria are approachable and take an interest in the wellbeing of those in their care

I started my career as care assistant at Longbridge Deverill Nursing Home an year ago and what a wonderful journey this has been! I am extremely proud of my management and my colleagues who work round the clock to make sure our residents receive utmost care and support. Longbridge Deverill Nursing Home is simply the best!
