The staff here are unbelievably helpful Nothing too much trouble. Very friendly and there's a little cafe whilst you wait to catch your bus
On the 08.00 X3 to Dublin, bus XUI 2921. The driver clearly has an attitude problem. Before we reached Strabane, he asked me to turn my notifications sound on my phone off. Phone hasn't rang, just received three text messages. It 'distracts' him! The bus is clearly not fit for purpose either. It bangs and crashes over every imperfection on the road. A quiet journey, No chance! As for the cleanliness of the bus, dreadful! I drive coaches but this service needs to be improved and quickly!
Small but simple bus station, making it easy to navigate. There is a coffee shop at the station and it’s usually not ever too busy, so you’ll be able to get your bus pretty handy enough.
Its good but the problem is there are people smoking/vaping and the kiosk inside is selling vapes! I mean i thought this was a bus station, not a place with of contaminated air
Went to Belfast on the 2.38 from Derry with my sister in law who hasn't been on a train in years....It was all going well such a pleasant trip...A young man got on with a girl and child...Everything was fine until a group of people got on and he started giving them grief and using racist slurs to these innocent people....They both ended up getting off at the same stop...He jumped up using awful comments to these people...He continued on the platform and the conductor intervened.....He was very good in the situation and has to be acknowledged for his patience and tolerance....He got back on and we got talking to him....He asked us what time we were returning and said he would be on that train and he would look after us.....On our return we were getting on and he saw us and signaled for us to come out of where we were and introduced us to a lovely girl who led us to another carriage....She was very attentive and looked after us on our journey home..... A big thank you to Donal & Rachel definitely two valuable members of staff
