Replacing a roof was made painless by the London Roofing Specialist team. I had been dreading it and met with a number of companies before finally going ahead with LRS. The process was seamless from the erection of the scaffolding, removal and replacement of the flat roof, the installation of a Velux skylight, coping stones on the parapet walls and a new deep flow guttering system. All was done well within the 10 day period, they were professional, punctual starting at 8am each day, hard working, well mannered which came as a surprise  and they left the site clean. Last but not least there were no hidden extras when I received their final invoice .. to be highly recommended

London Roofing Specialist have been absolutely fantastic, extremely professional and great with communication. From start to finish the project has been smooth and the on-site roofing team have always been very friendly and curtious. The admin team are easy to contact and super helpful. This job replaced my flat roof and two roof windows. The team is polite, professional and helpful with an agreeable manner.  Despite errors in the measurement of the windows, the team quickly rectified them with a workaround, which took a full extra week to completion otherwise, would have been 5-star.  Overall, I am fully satisfied with the workmanship and the service quality of the team Shawn, Lauren and the rest of the crew.  Based on this experience, I would not hesitate to recommend London Roofing to anyone.

I’ve used London Roofing Specialists in the past, and even though I did get other quotes, they were my preferred choice.  Darren did an initial assessment and advised on the different options and what they would cost.  There were a few issues during the work because hidden problems with the existing roof came to light. But Darren and his team were quick to resolve them and advise on the best course of action.  The roofs looks great and we’re over the moon with the final results.  I’d like to thank everyone involved: Sean, Callum and everyone who worked on the roof; Darren for his help throughout; and Lauren at the office for her support during the work.

The requirement was to replace a small fibreglass flat roof and a dangerous roof hatch with the new IKO ArmourPlan Single Ply & Coxdome Aluminium Roof hatch. London Roofing Specialists conducted the work professionally and in a tidy manor . LRS organised the scaffolding, arrived on time and progressed with the job quickly.  All rubbish was cleared. Happy to recommend and will use for future roofing jobs.

Excellent service, excellent job from start to finish! This is the second time I have used London Roofing Specialist, previously  for a really complex lead roof,  this time for three flat roofs.  Darren gave a prompt assessment and competitive quote. We agreed a start date, with scaffolding going up the day before. Great communications meant everything went super smoothly.  The roofing team were efficient and reliable, with the job done bang on time.  Both they and the scaffolding teams were friendly and considerate.   An amazing job all round.  I have no hesitation in highly recommending.

I contacted London Roofing Specialist Ltd when my kitchen extension roof started to leak. I found the office staff to be very patient, helpful and informative. Darren himself came to look at the job and discussed different options with me, at different price points, for how it could be tackled. The crew who came were very pleasant and worked efficiently. I'm even due to get a 20 year manufacturer's warranty. Couldn't ask for better.

We have just had a complete re-covering of our mansard roof, slopes, and balcony by London Roofing Specialists. This involved membrane-covering flat surfaces and rear, slating, leading, and balcony boarding.  From the original quote to the end of the job has been a good experience, people turned up when they said they would, and explained what they were going to do.  They had different specialists who came to do the Membrane, and for the Slating and Leading, all of whom were clearly experts in their trades.  The only hiccups in the job were because of the awful weather, which they had to work around and weather-proof every night.  At the end of the job I had a query, which was more to do with the structure of our original roof than the work they had done, but they came around again very speedily, and did a small fix which has completely resolved the issue.  Would definitely recommend this company for a replacement roof.

Overall, it was a great experience. They consistently demonstrated promptness and responsiveness in all communications and tasks, from the initial assessment to the completion of the job. I am particularly pleased with the outcome; despite my limited knowledge of roofing, the finished result appears excellent. Additionally, the 20-year warranty provides added peace of mind.
