G&M review -good- Starting to say that is a 5 stars hotel then you expect a 5 stars situation. The position is lovely, close to various tube stops. The staff is very kind, but in some situation could be little more professional. The rooms are big and clean but for a 5 stars lake some wellcome kit details more..The restaurants it's tiny for the numbers of guests that the hotel can accept, it's possible that in the morning there is no place and you should stay in line waiting your table. Finally is a 5 stars less expensive then others and is right like this because the level in general have a range of improvement to get a real 5 stars level.

Thank you again for a lovely break. Rolf, Suzanne and the rest of the staff always giving 200%. I can recommend this lovely hotel for families, couples and business people alike. The food and lounge are exceptional. Stayed in my favourite room, thank you Rolf. See you again very soon. Linette and Family

The rooms are a wonderful size, considering it is London. The rooms are well cleaned and the gym is okay if you want to get a quick work out done. It is conveniently near the Tube station as well, which is a bonus. I'd definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Friendly and attentive staff - lounge staff not so much. Canary Wharf is a somewhat 'sterile' location but with good access to DKR and tube station. Parking close by. Would prefer Hilton.

Room are big and bed are comfortable. Nice view on Canary wharf. Good location if you need to be close to Canary wharf. Breakfast is good and with a good variety (fruit, waffles, croissants, bacon, eggs etc).
