We are enjoying our stay here it’s been 4 nights already. We had to cut short our stay due to my dad’s passing and travel home tomorrow. We had some small hiccups at first like a missing fridge in the room and missing tv remote . However the staff quickly rectified it the next day. Breakfast spread is fabulous and the members lounge each evening came with well displayed tapas n small desserts. When you enter the lobby , you are greeted with 3 lovely flower arrangements and a nice sense. Hotel is very clean too. It’s almost like a 5 stay hotel! There’s even a tap where you can fill up the glass bottle they give you in the room.
I stayed at this hotel unexpectedly after my flight was disrupted at Gatwick Airport due to radar issues in London. Despite arriving around 3 AM, the staff were very understanding of the situation and quickly prepared a room for me. I truly appreciate their effort and kindness.nnThe room was spacious and well-equipped, with great amenities such as a coffee machine, complimentary water, snacks, and more. It offered a comfortable and relaxing space after a long and stressful journey.nnIn the morning, I went down for breakfast. The restaurant was quite full, and the breakfast buffet was well-presented and inviting. However, what stood out—unfortunately not in a good way—was the level of stress among the staff during such a busy period. There was a lot of shouting between team members, including one lady loudly instructing staff to seat guests. Additionally, the constant noise from moving chairs and tables created a very unpleasant atmosphere.nnIt reached a point where I decided to leave breakfast early just to preserve the positive experience I’d had the night before.nnI would recommend that hotel management consider creating a calmer, more pleasant environment during breakfast service—perhaps by playing soft background music and training staff to communicate more discreetly. This would really help complete the overall guest experience and reflect the same level of care I saw from the night staff.
I recently visited JW Marriott, and I would like to especially mention Mr. Kuldeep Singh for his outstanding service. He was extremely polite, professional, and helpful throughout our visit. His warm smile and positive attitude truly made our experience memorable.nnEmployees like Kuldeep Singh are the reason JW Marriott stands out for its exceptional hospitality. We had a wonderful experience — thank you so much to JW Marriott and especially to Mr. Puldeep Singh for making our visit special!
Rooms aren’t the newest, standard across all Marriott’s. service can be difficult for random items I asked for pen and paper to be dropped off and never happened. Screen sharing wasn’t working, I was struggling to order food one night. As I took a whilennGood central location to anything, so travelling into any place is easy

I stayed here three times within 1.5 months, and every stay was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable.nnA special thanks to James Morgan at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and professional throughout all my stays. He went above and beyond to assist with my bookings and made sure everything was in perfect order each time. James is very attentive to detail, kind, patient, and also very friendly — not just to me, but to other guests as well, from what I observed. He’s truly an asset to the Marriott team.nnI highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, convenient location, and warm hospitality. I’ll definitely be back again!
