We stayed one night in a deluxe room. The hallway and room door design were kind of old-fashioned, and the room was quite small. The swimming pool didn't look clean. The Marriott at Regent's Park is more comfortable than here.
Booked the hotel for a mini staycation upon arrival, was told that we had been upgraded to a Junior Suite. The staff went above and beyond and the suite itself was beautiful. Highly recommend the hotel. Located closely to the underground and a lot of local shops around for convenience too. Private parking underground is also reasonably priced and very safe and secure. My 2nd time staying at this hotel and would definitely visit again.
This was a wonderful spot for our family of five to book 2 rooms for our long weekend in London. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The club level add-on was suggested at check-in and it was a great deal for our family. The omelette made by ANTONIO CARRANOnSENIOR SOUS CHEF at breakfast was excellent! He runs a top notch kitchen with a beautiful layout and plentiful choices. The front desk suggested an excellent Persian restaurant across the street. Our family also enjoyed the afternoon lounge snacks and beverages before heading out to our next event
Stayed here for two nights ahead of film premiere in Soho. Excellent staff at reception desk, great room with faultless service. Only downsides are cost of parking at £40 per night and sometimes restaurant gets very busy so had to go down for tray, otherwise an excellent stay. Front staff were also kind enough to leave a small birthday treat for my wife ahead of arrival. Thank you xxx
Small actions make a lasting impact. Had a late night out which resulted in us sleeping well past checkout time. Lucy and Silvia were the nicest about it, accommodating us to go get coffee and not be rushed out the door. The room was perfect and had everything we needed. The service at this hotel is bar none. Will recommend to everyone. Perfectly located within two blocks of the bakerloo and only 7 stops from central London. Close enough to the fun, far enough to enjoy a peaceful sleep.
