Highly recommended as I was impressed. Manager and the main Mac tech came out and had a good chat and knew what they were talking about, and managed to work out why my new Mac was running so slow! Good to find a Mac tech reasonably central.

Went to get a screen replaced on my laptop. Very friendly staff and my PC got repaired in no time at all. Would definitely recommend!

Great experience with this family run company, took a desktop to be fixed and it was turned around it in a day. Prompt, polite and knowledgeable.

Had a great experience with the team at London Laptops - they fixed my laptop after a terrible wine spill, and when they found out there was still an issue they replaced the keyboard under the warranty. They stayed in contact the whole time and were always lovely. 10/10 service - the only thing that could have made it better would be if they opened later; tough to make it to Bermondsey after work for 6pm!

Very disappointed, I brought my laptop in for a power issue, paid for it to be fixed only for the same issue to come up a week later. They said it would be £170 repair so I decided to sell them the laptop and they would return my hard drive. Called in a few weeks later to collect and they've lost my hard drive with all my important data on it. The finances for the drive and the laptop were sorted but no apology or additional compensation for the loss of data and massive inconvenience caused.
