The team that I have been working with recently does their job with extreme professionalism. My sister's property has been uninhabited for years and I thought diving it for renting would be a great investment. Their team did a fantastic and detailed report for the place and also offered me a combined report, saving me both time and money. Two days ago a couple called me to visit the flat and they were very satisfied with the result of the inventory team and so am I. Thank you for your efforts and pleasing service.
Mediocre service. Although I have paid for the check in, the correct report did not become available until some weeks later. I had to return it because the report had some factual mistakes and was missing the updated images I sent as per agreement. Although the turn around with rectifications was relatively quick, it took a lot of my time and I could have done the report myself which would cost me considerably less seeing how much time I spent on it.
Horrendous check-out experience. Booked and confirmed arrival one month in advance. Received a call 1.5 days before to say that appointment needed to be changed to a different day - not acceptable as the tenant had a removal service in place. After much discussion, managed to reschedule for same day but several hours earlier. Huge inconvenience for all involved. Clerk did not arrive at all on the day - no call, no email to advise of any delay. Called the service desk on several occasions who a firstly advised that there was a problem with the clerks car and then b after pressing, admitted that the clerk had actually advised on the day that they would not be attending. No replacement available. Finally managed to get an a.m appointment for the following day - arrived 3.5 hours late. Again, no call to advise. By way of apology was offered a 50% discount. This in no way covered the removal costs. All that was wanted was the initial service delivered as agreed on the date and time requested. Subsequent report was late and contained numerous errors; listed as a check-in service instead of check-out simple stuff. Amendments sent for inclusion - still waiting for updates more than 1 week later. In effect, London Inventory Company simply provides a cut-price umbrella service that front-ends the third-party inventory resource. All works well unless there are any problems. In the event of any issues they are completely helpless and unable to resolve. No control over third-part inventory staff or quality. Deeply disappointing. Why on earth would you seek to use one of their other services?
Competitive prices and high quality inventory reports. I am a buy-to-let landlords and my portfolio has more than 7 properties all over London. I have been using your inventory services for quite some time now and I'm happy to have a service provider like you guys. An absolute positive recommendation here.

I had to move to a new place this week. The inventory clerks who work in the company helped me with the detailed check out report. I recommend trying their reports if you need such professional assistance. The reasonable price and the good attitude motivate me to contact the company again if there is a need.
this is actually a company backed by Fantastic Services. I wouldn't use fantastic services.
Absolutely disgusting people with no politeness, moral standard or decency whatsoever . Run away from them !
