I went here for a very late lunch after flying into London and the restaurant was almost entirely empty due to it being off hours around 4pm. The food was decent, not the best Chinese food I’ve ever had but certainly not the worst. I got the dim sum platter as well as the wonton noodle soup. I will say the portions were a bit small for the price I paid about 30 pounds. However, the staff were nice and attentive.

We have visited this restaurant for a quick work lunch around 12:30 midday. It was literally empty, so you suppose the service is going to be quick, right? They took the order quite quickly and starters came after a few minutes no issues, nevertheless our main courses took almost 45 minutes to come. The table sitting next to us which was 5 people and came later than us received and finished the food before us even receiving the main course. Furthermore, while we were awaiting, the waitress wanted to clean the prawn crackers so quickly that put it in our face to eat the last bit. I’ve never seen this before. And finally but not least, when the main course arrived of course, late I HAVE FOUND A HAIR I am female with straight long hair. The waitress didn’t even apologise! Horrible restaurant, horrible customer service and extremely expensive. Maybe it was normal that we found it empty. I will never come again in my life. Don’t waste your time coming here.

Brilliant food, fine dining but Not Halal : this restaurant was recommended by my friend, so just wanted to casually try but impressed with the food. The services were little slow as they were crowded but it’s very authentic Chinese food. They were out of crab but the prawns and the meals platter was good. Drinks, soups , starters and desserts available and are a very decent price. The staff are friendly and polite. They are open 7 days a week and timings are 11:30 am- 11:00 pm. Reservations available. The only con was they didn’t have halal meat, else would have given 5 star. Their speciality is sea food

Booked for a party of 8 people. They were very accomodating as one of us was using a wheelchair. Very polite staff and good atmosphere. Annoyingly the food came out in dribs and drabs. No consistency to serving us altogether. I had nearly finished my main meal by the time my husband's dishes arrived at the table and then we had to send one back to be heated up again. It was very expensive for the portion size and I think some of us left still hungry. I don't know how they justify the extortionate prices of their dishes. I've eaten  Chinese food in central London, had lots more for less money. Some of our dishes were quite bland. All in all a nice time spent with family in a nice looking restaurant, shame about the strange service and overpriced food  Dish pictured was fillet steak in a mandarin sauce. This was priced at nearly £19 and there wasn't much there, could of eaten twice as much. Total bill with 1 drink each, 1 starter each a main and a rice dish each £280! Pit stop and we were so pleasantly surprised. Lovely staff, ever so polite, patient and attentive with everyone that was there at the restaurant that evening. Absolutely loved the food; such good quality, very tasty and good size portions. Also, the food came hot and ready to eat, very happy about that as I love my food hot!! I would totally recommend this place if you are passing by. The reviews are not 100% making this place justice. The only thing I would have to say is that they are a little pricey compared to many places in and around London area.

Never ever I will get food from this restaurant. They charge me 10.80 Pounds for this wonton noodle soup take away. There was no noodle and it was just water. Do not recommend this restaurant. I dine in as well the food is not great the portions are very small and the price are high.

I would rate this restaurant zero stars if it would allow me to do so. I ordered coke and let the waiter know that the coke was flat. However the waiter decided to use a chopstick to stir into my coke and spilt my drink on the table. He wanted to prove that the coke had gas but is this the way to treat a customer ? Disgusting behaviour from the man I’ve pictured below. Overpriced and horrid man who needs to learn how to treat people !!

The food is okay. Just very basic and yet pricey. They don’t give u proper receipt…they just write down your order and uses that to compute.

I stayed at the Radission Blu Airport location and ordered take out from London Hong Kong via Uber Eats and couldn't be happier. I'm from Singapore and I personally find the Fried Rice, Egg Omelette with shrimp and Banana dessert to be very yummy. Read the reviews about the food not being very good but I think it's not bad, maybe they changed the cook...

Never again. Food portion was so small and not worth the price. 6 pieces of dim sum for 10.80 GBP world record high. The veggie dish is 14.80 GBP  very small portion - it is the actual portion not left over dish
