Brilliant place. Super selection of balloons. Really enjoyed how nice the staff were. They blew everything up straight away and were really friendly. Good prices too.

Good experience, there is alot of selection. It's well worth a look as a first port of call. The pricing in my opinion is very fair, theyre as cheap as or cheaper than the likes of ebay and amazon for alot of things.  the cashier was attentive. I think she was still new and training, so it shows this company is doing something right in that department.  I needed help finding something and I asked a "young man" who only pointed me in the right direction and he wasn't busy which wasn't very helpful but a few minutes later he did come over to make sure I had found what I was looking for which was good. Hi guys, this afternoon I buy a Ninja customer to my son and the guy open to me and was complete customer but, when I arrived right now in my house, the Ninja customer was missing the balaclava mask and belt. I know that you guys don't change, but this don't is the case. My son go to school party tomorrow with incomplete customer ‍

Good range of party stuff and helium balloons, but be aware, if one bursts when they are blowing it up for you they won’t refund or replace - you have to fork out for another!

They have pretty much everything you need for a party. It’s better if you call in advance to check if they are busy, usually they start being more busy around Thursday/ Friday. They were fast and helpful. The only disappointment was that one of the balloons started losing its shape after few hours while they should last 3 days at least. But the decorations were a success!

I understand sign "no mask no entry" - rules are the rules, but if someone is exempt like me, and just can not wear a mask, than you don't have to treat them like a dog and serve at the door - we are still human beings. You should be ashamed. Will never come to this store again.

Amazing, helpful, enthusiastic, kind staff that will go above and beyond to find what you're looking for! HUGE selection of costumes for both men and women, really fun items. Tons of wigs, Halloween home decorations, colourful eye lenses sold to 18+ only, party lashes, Snazaroo body paints, and typical cheesy stuff for hen parties, even flags Japan, Wales, Croatia, Britain for watching matches. You can try on the costumes there! You can even get adjustments stitching done, mine was a minor one and for free. Be careful as you can't return wearable items once you purchase them if you simply decide you don't want them anymore. Covid restrictions: limited number of people in the shop so no crowding - yay. Can't recommend this shop - so much better than online shopping because you see what you get, can try it on, and feel easily inspired with so many items to choose from to combine for your outfit.

The man working on 24/09/23 was very nice and helpful. He let us try on the costumes because refunds/exchanges weren't possible, so he made sure we were 100% happy before buying. I would recommend this store for party supplies and costumes! It was a surprise to be able to try things on too, I liked it a lot

Very comprehensive offering on everything party themes. BUT quite expensive, feather boas at £9.99 for one string for example. Online shops elsewhere would get you 3 strings for that price.   Just have to plan ahead I guess. Otherwise last minute  solutions likely guaranteed to get what you need here.
