A must see location in London near a park and some shops and a McDonald's. Very easy to get to by bus. There are bathroom facilities nearby that are spot cleaned and safe. There is also a children's play area on the grass area.
A must see attraction in London. queues were a little longer than anticipated but definitely worth the wait. Great views at the top and large size carriages.
It's ok to visit but they could do a little better compared to the fact how renowned it is. Best is to buy a combined ticket that has The London Eye as main attraction and you can add 2 more to it at very acceptable compared to how much you would pay separately. Queues can be long in the summer. By night the area is nicely lit.
I think the eye is a London landmark best enjoyed from the opposite side of the river at night. If you want a view of the city from above, walk further down the south and of the river to the Tate Modern Museum which has a free observation deck that serves coffee and booze
