I wanted to thank the London Eye Centre for their amazing work. Off the back of a GP referral, the optician identified a potential misdiagnosis. Their recommendation to do a test at home helped diagnose an issue that I’ve had undiagnosed for two years. If it was just for the GP, it’d have remained that way. I’m so grateful I came across their advice. Keep up the great work!
I rang this morning and was given an appointment this afternoon was seen under the MECS scheme. Received a thorough examination from a very patient, friendly optician. Was given excellent advice about how to proceed. A far superior service than that which I received at Moorfields Eye Hospital in May! Thank you.
I had my sight tested here and I have been having huge difficulty since having the new prescription fitted three weeks ago. I've been left unable to see in the middle distance and they won't check that the prescription is correct without charging me for another test. The optician is nice, but the man at front-of-house is extremely abrasive, unhelpful and unsympathetic. I would recommend people look elsewhere for eye tests. UPDATE - I went to another opticians who have confirmed that the prescription the London Eye Care Centre issued me was 0.5 diopter too strong in one eye. No wonder I was suffering from fatigue and headaches. I am now left with only sunglasses whilst another opticians replace the lenses in my spectacles for me. I appreciate that mistakes happen to anyone, but it is the London Eye Care Centre's unwillingness to help rectify a fault which has irked me the most. Absolutely no after-sale care. A very stressful and unsatisfactory experience overall.
Fantastic service, really went out of their way for me and I had my spectacles within 24 hours totally unexpected. First time I have been to an optometrist and have had my new lenses feel perfect as soon as I try them on. From the eye test through to receiving my spectacles it was first class service all the way and with everything explained at each step I felt very well looked after. I couldn't rate them more highly.
I have used this opticians for many years. Great caring team, very tentative and recommended rest of family to use them. No one is disappointed. Quick service with glasses order and very helpful team
Excellent opticians. Very polite, friendly and efficient. Lenses and frames excellent. Started using them a few years ago and would never go back to one of the large chains.
As always very professional & helpful no matter if you ask the question twice. Time taken to reassure you of any new developments with eye problems or simply if a particular pair of glasses suit you or NOT an honest opinion is given. Started coming here in 2014 no problems at all. Thank you all. Keep safe .
Excellent. Seen under MECS scheme, very thorough eye exam and a scan £25 but worth it. They know what they're doing. Highly recommended.

I went in their Knight hill branch to see the eye specialist b'cos my right eye was aching me so badly, it might have helped if I had gone in with my previous glass. I get very blur vision after taken off the glasses, would love to know why that is.
