Please be aware of this company - we have been attempting to get hold of them since July to fix the shoddy roof work they completed 3 years ago that needs to be completely redone. Not returning phone calls or emails, not part of any association. Strongly advise you NOT to use this company based on poor workmanship and unprofessional customer service.

Do note that many of the positive reviews on this site are from their own workmen or family. We really do not want any other poor individual to waste their hard earned money on this dreadful company. My hope is that those who have been scammed by them come and leave reviews for the general public. 

UPDATED - we have now taken legal action against this company for the sum of £17,000. They are ignoring phone calls, emails, recorded delivery letters. Please get in touch with me if as we can build a stronger case against them.

Dishonest, unreliable, untrustworthy.
Work completed was given a written guarantee for seven years. Within 6 months, roof leaking again. Initial promises to come and repair never materialised. Stopped answering my calls, but would answer when dialling from a different number. Serial lies about being 'on way' or 'no one being home when they arrived', to having 'gone out of business due to credit crunch'. And this was 4 years ago.
Avoid at ALL costs.
I wish I had the stamina to pursue through legal system as per reviewer above.

John and his team were verry reliable done excellent job .and even done a little extra free of charge I do recommend and will be using again  .

Done a flat roof for me last year good job now they just finished my back extension that looks absalutly brillant .I recomend london counties i am very pleased and my wife is also .Any more work we need doing or thinking about having done will be with london counties very pleased and happy thank you guys looks great .
