Excellent service, I bought a used dslr which I didn't get on with and they exchanged it with no arguments or quibbling. Very friendly and helpful

Love this store, very helpful staff. New stock in store and anything they don't have can be ordered in. Lots of secondhand camera and lenses.

Fin was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. There was no pressure to buy, helped with many questions, looked up the very latest prices and offered a professional opinion only when asked. We didn't feel like there was any bias on brands as if there was more money to be made by our choice and we were even shown cameras we hadn't considered.  I'd really recommend you visit, the difference between a video review on YouTube and actually using the camera yourself is a huge contrast. On top of that, having the advice from someone who knows what they are talking about, makes all the difference. And you may even be surprised to find what you're looking for in another brand you hadn't considered.  Thanks for all your help today Fin.

Ordered a used Fujifilm XF 16mm f1.4 R WR Lens in ex con from here, great service, had to phone up as there had been a problem with delivery, they sorted it all out and had the lens the next morning

I’ve bought several used cameras and lenses from LCE, a couple from the Cheltenham branch. Accurate grading and very helpful and competent, responsive staff. Prices are good and they offer more of a guarantee than many shops. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff, shop is quite small in comparison to others I've been into, however they still stocked a good range of equipment.

Great Service even after the sale. They processed an online order quickly and efficiently and even called me to advise of an offer. When I later lost my receipt they emailed it to me on a Saturday within minutes. Good old fashioned service and very reasonable prices. There's a reason why they are still on the high street when other have failed and LCE always get my support and custom.

Outstanding service!! I had seen two other store attendants in different camera shops who could not seem to fix an issue I had with my flash on my camera. I visited this shop as a last resort thinking my flash was unrestorable but Chris had the whole thing sorted in 5 minutes! I was very pleased with the service and highly recommend this shop and in particular Chris- thanks again!
