I've always wanted to swim in this pool since visiting during the Olympics. Booked for the 50m competition pool via the Everyone Active app. At £7 per adult this is great value for money and comparable to any other leisure centre. The changing village was clean, plenty of hot showers, and the lockers £1 returnable were well maintained. The pool was clean and the temperature was good for continual lane swimming. Great experience and will certainly return!
I loved it can’t compare to everyone else since I’m from the states but will say the pool was awesome, staff was incredible compared to most places in the states and wow just incredible place to swim at. Loved the facilities was pretty clean when I was there yes there was a bit dirty water on floor from the wet floors but don’t mind anyways. Place was a bit busy when I arrived but I assume all places get busy when you arrive a bit later in the afternoon, overall great place compared to some recs that I swim at in the states
I’ve been a regular visitor to the London Aquatics Centre for years, but ever since the new management company took over, it’s become impossible to visit on weekends. During the weekends the competitive pool is always fully booked, on events making it frustrating for those who just want to enjoy a casual swim. On top of that, the parking situation is a complete mess when they were changing providers —staff were telling people there was no need to pay, yet visitors were receiving fines. This kind of misinformation is unacceptable.nnTo make matters worse, the cleanliness of the facility has gone downhill. The changing rooms and pool area are filthy, and it’s clear that hygiene standards have slipped dramatically. This used to be a fantastic place, but unless major improvements are made, I won’t be coming back.
Visited on a Wednesday late morning. Very kind and capable young man Craig? George? sold my disabled daughter and myself very reasonably-priced tickets whilst also sorting out a problem for a contractor.nVery positive experience of the staff - made a big difference to our visit.nThe competition pool is truly a delight for lane swimming.nThank you!!
This is probably my go-to center for the gym and swimming. While the gym has improved, the main attraction is the amazing 50-meter pool. However, I’m not here to rave about that. I want to take a moment to thank Gratis, a young man who provided outstanding customer service. He went above and beyond, and it’s those little things that can make your day—he certainly made mine! I hope you get the credit you deserve.
