Lovely, helpful, polite, staff, very clean, they take pride in their business!
Not very helpful, and supposed to be a my hermes parcel drop shop... only problem they dont let you drop the parcels off as they have no place to store them! So if you try dropping a parcel after 1 o'clock they refuse to take it. If you can't store them then surely don't offer the service!!
