Lomond Tavern is a Gorgeous wee put that you can go into for a lovely and most enjoyable meal. I have also been told that it's very busy most weekends. There isn't any of your frozen foods you buy from the supermarket. The food here is fresh and tastes real good. Portions are big. So if you cant finish your main meal ask for a foil container and you can finish it back home. This is good too. Food prices are nice too. Enjoy People. If you like Scottish History you will love the decoration all around. Yeee haaa
Too expensive for the kind of food that you get. You pay almost the same as for example at Patisserie Valerie, but the food and atmosphere just don't compare. And if you have to go to the toilet, it's horrible. I would prefer to walk a bit and use the public toilets near the Back Wynd car park.
Awesome place to have good food for a very good price: the portions are huge, but they are available in smaller sizes. Besides, the staff was very nice to us : Totally recommended!
Amazing food at an unbelievable price, especially for the portion size! 8 quid for this plate full is amazing! And it tastes great, all homemade, plus the friendly and welcoming staff make this place the only place to go for a great meal!

Meal and service both excellent. I'd highly recommend it.
My son took me here for my lunch today it was very good. We had mozzarella bites for starters and I had the seniors portion of steak pie but there was so much on my plate I could not eat it all but what I did have was delicious. You have to book because it is always very busy.
