Incredible service from start to finish to the highest standards. If you want the best quality Marley Roof with the peace of mind your guarantees are underwritten by the Home Improvement Protection Scheme this is the company for you! A quick check on the NFRC website let me know these were the qualified guys for the job. I went with a beautiful grey flat tile with contrasting black guttering and could not be happier. Just one look and you can see this roof is made to last with beautiful workmanship. Massive thanks to all the lovely office team and their efficient communication and the surveyors who educated me in making the best decision. Thanks Anne

I had a member of the Lomond Improvements team round to give me a quote on my roof. The boy was very informative and a good laugh from start to finish and answered any questions I had. The surveyor has just been round and I am looking forward to getting the work done. Would highly recommend the service provided by Lomond
A very friendly and reliable company, as were the installation team. They kept us very much informed with the tasks they had to do each day and when they were arriving etc. They tidied up after themselves and made a great job on the roofline. From consultation to the end result it all ran very smoothly and the job was done on time and didn’t take long. We are very happy with our grey wood effect roofline, it has modernised our house and tidied it up. I’d highly recommend Lomond and won’t hesitate to get them out again if we need another job done.
Michelle and Lynsey fantastic in customer service. A painful process regarding post roof installation of slack tiles and a slack chimney … multiple telephone calls made in an attempt to resolve these issues in addition to a reported overflowing skip still waiting to be uplifted. Importantly, deposit is still awaiting return 3 weeks on ….. despite confirmation that it is “ being returned shortly. Throughout the sale agreement, references were made to the excellent communication and professionalism that Lomond offered in comparison to the independent “Ricky the Roofer” … seems now like an apparent sales jargon. Overall, this is NOT a bespoke service or a positive roofing experience. I would not recommend.Service: Roof installation

Awful sales tactics. Asking too many personal questions and your life story then offering you finance for the job once you accept you'll be waiting, professional job you can get for 4G but they'll charge you minimum 6G and more with there finance tactics and they'll call the boss making you think like your getting a good deal, Rip off avoid at all costs,
