I was there yesterday with my friend and we thought it wouldn’t be okay to visit London and not have Nigerian food. The food tasted okay, I won’t deny that. But I’ve been very sick sick then, severe diarrhoea and vomiting, I phoned my friend to check on him and he’s going through the same thing. They should do better please.
Stopped by this restaurant to have a nice meal of gbegiri and ewedu. The food was really good and the assorted meat was standard. Only downside was that the fufu i requested felt a bit stale and really hard. So I had to get amala to finish up the soup with it. My guess is there are not so many fufu requests, but I suggest that this is resolved for full premium service.
This was such a pleasant experience for me. I recently moved to London and have been home sick and this restaurant served the most authentic amala, gbegiri and ewedu I have eaten in quite a while. I was so pleasantly surprised. The portions are also very generous. The akara and agege bread I bought to take home were all so delicious. I was truly happy and pleased after my visit. It is definitely a 10/10 for me
We went there to eat Amala the traditional way. Despite getting there late in the evening, the service was swift. Not the cleanest place by any means. We had few blue-bottles patronising the restaurant as well. The staffs were pleasant.Food: 4/5
Tasted really good , very generous portion and fast customer service . Gives 10/10 Nigerian vibes ,only thing missing was some music
Nice place for your Nigerian food. Enjoyed my lovely hot Abula with Fura to step down. Kid-friendliness: More like a place for adult. Parking: There are parking restrictions in place, but this depends on the time and days of your visit. Wheelchair accessibility: Not so suitable for wheelchair users.
Food was as authentic as it gets but really spicy! I'm trying to rebuild my spice tolerance, so I'm pretty sure it's only spicy for me because it has been a while haha! Would definitely recommend!!Food: 5/5
