Story

We welcome you to join us at Loks Bar and Kitchen, a newly opened restaurant, sports bar, and event venue! Our premises offers these three full-featured functions, all under one roof. This is a fantastic new concept for the southside, and a great place to come for nights out, a relaxing lunch or dinner, or catered events for larger parties.

Great food is available at our restaurant between 9am and 10pm, from three different menus - the main menu, the lite bites lunch menu, and the breakfast menu. We use fresh, locally sourced produce from some of the southside’s best suppliers. Our menus include traditional favourites like fish and chips, steaks, burgers, and pastas, as well as dishes for wider ranging tastes such as tagini, calamari, and chilli. The Trophy Bar is our high-class, cosy sports bar. We offer a range of craft beers, wines and spirits, and cocktails, in warm, comfortable surroundings. Live sports are shown regularly from Sky Sports and BT Sports. In times of nice weather, we also have a beer garden, well suited to drinks or al fresco dining in the sun. Event bookings for up to 180 guests are available at the function suite. Our venue is finished to a high standard, and your event can make full use of our bar, dance floor, and stage, with the raised section of our function suite being perfectly suited to smaller bookings of up to 50. We can offer you a private space for a wide variety of events: conferences, funerals, weddings, birthday parties, christenings, graduations, first communions, and a range of tribute nights, or anything else you can think of, with alcohol available until 1am. Upcoming events and offers include our Hogmanay Party, with food, live music, and dancing until the wee hours, a special Mother’s Day three-course lunch at our function suite, the Masquerade Ball for Valentine’s Day, and for Burns’ Night we have a traditional menu available at our restaurant. Afternoon Tea will be available for bookings in our restaurant, with a Tea Dance at the Newlandsfield Suite once a month. Contact us for bookings and enquiries.

Loks is open from 9am until 12pm, with food from 9am until 10pm, and drinks from 11am until 12pm (1pm at the Newlandsfield Suite). Contact us or see our website for more information!
