Whilst the onsite staff are friendly, I am disappointed with the online experience and mainly the hidden fees. The website offered a deal where it said that it was half price for 8 weeks, so I signed up for the deal. I called a couple of days before storing my items to make sure the local branch knew I signed up and was told I need to pay the 8 weeks up front to get the deal. I did not see this on the website. When I turned up to store my items, I was then told I need to pay for insurance and a security deposit was required. I was expecting to pay for 8 weeks and ended up paying nearer £500 to move my items in. If I hadn't called a couple of days before I would have thought I only needed to pay £33 to store my items. Once you are there with your items you  don't really have mich choice but to pay it or you can not have your items stored .Seems a pretty underhanded business practice to me.

Popped in Saturday with an query, Louise was absolutely brilliant. A credit to the company. Possibly the best service I've had from anywhere since I can't remember. Excellent!

Dirty & dingy. The lifts are always breaking down. Prices are competitive I suppose and the staff are pleasant. The lack of out of hours access means lok'n Store is pretty inconvenient for anyone that has a day job.

I had to move from my property and I called loknstore, the staff at Farnborough are helpful, knowledgeable, very friendly and extremely funny.  They made my move an enjoyable experience rather than a stressful one.  After realising my unit was too big they helped me downsize with no problems at all.  Knowing that I was on my own they offered to help me move between the units which was lovely. The service from the staff is exceptional.  The access to the units is quick and easy and I would recommend LoknStore to everyone.  I will certainly be using them again if I need storage.  Also like to add that their packing materials are good quality and very reasonable priced.  A big thank you to everyone at the Farnborough Branch.
