Very pleased with the service and regular communication from the company regarding the removal of our belongings from Edinburgh back to Northern Ireland. Competitive price also. It should be noted that Mr Logan was also very sensitive and helpful when dealing with my family during an inconvenient and stressful time for us (due to a family member passing away). WARNING! STAY AWAY! Booked through Paul Logan for a small removal from Scotland to Northern Ireland. Both myself and my husband were completely fooled by the friendly Ballymena hospitality and semi professional website, he had the audacity to invite us into his home, as someone else said he can certainly talk the talk. Quoted £550, paid half as a deposit for the booking. Told that the items would be picked up Thursday night or early Friday morning the following week (only specific times/dates suited, Mr Logan was aware of this). Called at 7pm on Thursday night to enquire about when the items would be collected, told that in fact it would now be Friday night earliest. There would be no one there to allow access to be gained at that time. Transpired he wasn’t even in Scotland. He became very aggressive, confrontational and down right rude over the phone, bringing personal insults about my occupation into the phonecall. He stated that he was in fact doing us a favour by doing the deliverly, that £550 was not a lot of money, and that I should put up and shut up, it will be delivered when it is delivered. Otherwise he will cancel and we would be without our belongings. At this point I then saw the previous reviews by other unfortunate customers, with him holding their items to ransom. Needless to say I cancelled the delivery. He put the £275 under his front door mat to be collect by ourselves, an absolute coward. No apology, more importantly no delivery. Needless to say we hired a van and done the job ourselves. You’ve been warned, stay clear!

Just been moved today. Can't recommend this company enough , they were on time and very professional from start to finish and very friendly. Thanks very much all your hard work which was very reasonably priced

Logans are brilliant. Used twice and have to say they are the best option. They move furniture exactly where you want, and even fixed my sofa which was detached. Honest, hard workers who get the job done in a quick time.

Terrible experience from a terrible company. Waited 6 months for home contents to arrive. Slept on floor as owners ignored my phone calls, texts and e- mails. Took company to court, they failed to attend twice, and judge ruled in my favour. They still refused to acknowledge this decision. Cost me a lot of money throughout this endurance test. So give Logan's Removals a miss when seeking to move house!
