Awful. Bad food, bad attitude, and crazy bad food hygiene rating. That’s one super bad combo! Also... maybe it’s just me but the people working in there don’t have a good grasp on English... everything I ask for they always think I’m saying “onion rings”.... Called them back once as got my order wrong and they just hung up the phone. English seemed to get even worse when they heard “id like to make a complaint”... Either that or I have some more onion rings on the way soon. Stay away from here!!

Bloody outrageous. Thought i would try you out again as last time you undercooked my food and this time i Ordered a large chicken kebab with no salad and got only 7 bits of chicken. When I complained got told that's how it comes. I'm sorry it was so tiny now what would I have got if I had ordered an xL one . They were not nice about it at all and from now on I will not be using loddon kebab. Such a shame as the old owners were fantastic but now they are so rude. You have lost my custom and I'm sure you will be losing more.

Don't order online as said food ready for collection at 7.00 but I added note to say did not want till 7.30 so gave them more time .i arrived to collect and my food had not even been started to cook .Waited another 15 mins ,Still no food so I complained that I did not think service was good enough,Only to have the staff rude as I was expecting too much as he had been busy .Food was also not very good and will not use this place again .
