I recently had an appointment at my dental practice on 13/8, and I was very impressed with the care provided by Claire, the hygienist. From the moment I sat in the chair, Claire made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was thorough yet gentle during the cleaning, taking the time to explain each step of the process and offering tips for better oral care at home. Claire’s attention to detail and professionalism really stood out. I left the appointment feeling confident that my dental health is in great hands. Highly recommend this dental practice and Claire for anyone looking for top-notch care!
Sadly this centre has absolutely no understanding for individuals with unique care requirements. There is an utterly lack of empathy in what should be an understanding and supportive environment. Very disappointing and deeply frustrating. Also James please don't tell me you have called back when you hadn't.nnA miserable experience.
I would just like to say a massive thank you to my dentist Nada Twaij for her patience, kindness and reassurance while she was re doing my filling Tuesday morning.nnI have a real phobia of the dentist but she made sure i was ‘ok’ several times throughout the procedure and made me feel at ease. She kept me informed about what she was she doing which also helped me to stay relaxed.nnDefinitely a 5 star service.nnAndrew James
I see Dr Ahmed every 6 month with my family,my last visit was 23rd of may. I had wobbly wisdom tooth Dr Ahmed advice me to see the hygienist to avoid any affections to my other teeth. Which I did my appt is 5/9. But over few wks I started experiencing pain,I couldn't enjoy eating anything. On Sunday the 16/6 was worse. First thing in the morning I rang the surgery,the book me straight away to see my dentist. He took x--ray and saw that my wisdom tooth was infected which he advice to take it out. Which he did,was quick and pain free. Thank you so my Dr Ahmed and the team to see me in very short notice,thank you for taking care of my teeth for past 11yrs and thanks to all the team for your hard work,keep the excellent job.
