Brilliant service from Mark!! This was a very difficult time for me and I called Mark out on a Sunday and he was a life saver. He was very affordable, friendly and professional. Locks were replaced in no time at all and I had full access to my house and it was secure. Mark goes the extra mile, giving me great advice and a new contact that changed my life for the better. I will always be massively grateful to him and would highly recommend him and his company.

Responded to our problem at the agreed time on the same day. Laid out his charges over the phone in advance and what additional charges may be required. Did the work required - replacing patio door lock that had locked - explaining what he was doing and why and confirmed the costings. Friendly and tidy worker. Gave us several options to settle the invoice.

Mark or was it Matt :) was excellent. Came out when we lost the key to our apartment. Turned up out of hours within 30 minutes, quickly identified the lock and fixed it with a smile. Excellent service, would definitely recommend.

Top and fast service was locked out and got me into my property no damage to my lock and gave NHS discount what a gent thanks Mark for your help and i will pass your number to friends and family and work x
