We called Alan this morning at about 10:00 with a lock which would not open. He promised to be at our premises by 12:00. He arrived before that and had everything with him in the van to replace the lock and the failed door gearbox mechanism. He also cut extra keys and all the work was professionally done. Alan is friendly and we would recommend him to anyone. We believe good value for money as well. One of the few service providers who keeps his promise.

Alan is a true professional locksmith who I highly recommend. He has the most amazing tenacity and insists on a perfect job no matter how long it takes! He arrived promptly within a short time of phoning him and fitted two new secure locks and repaired another which was a challenging job but he carried on till it was fixed. His pricing is fair and reasonable. I highly recommend if you need a locksmith there is only one person to phone and that’s Alan Bailey of Locksmart. Thank you Alan for making my home safe and secure.

Great friendly service received. We would definitely recommend Alan. He came to the rescue at very short notice when we were locked out of our house due to faulty lock. He was already busy but managed to fit us in to fit a new lock to our front door. Thank you Alan, much appreciated.

Great service. Called up with help for a key to our garage which is very old and Alan was great. He sourced the key quickly and was really helpful and got the job done fast. Thanks again, I would definitely recommend using them.
