Had a problem with badly fitted/aligned UPVC French doors that wouldn't lock and weren't flush, letting in lots of cold air. Alan was absolutely brilliant, found ways around the problems caused by the fitting and made them more secure as well. He also fixed a sticky front door that I asked him about when he was leaving. Very good value for money, especially compared to what the bigger companies will charge. Can't recommend him highly enough.
Front door lock seized on me late afternoon today. Needed to have it fixed due to having dogs and security for a family member with health issues. Thank you so much Alan for an amazing job!. The whole lock had to be rebuilt due to the age of the door. Recommend this company 110%.
Replaced my worn external door handle mechanism the morning after I called. Really efficient and polite - made sure I was happy with the whole process - thank you! Just had Alan back for another lock change and again, I can't fault him or his standard of work. Wouldn't want to use anyone else now - definitely recommended
Alan came out promptly to sorted a problem with our upvc french doors. Good value and you can be confident that he won't oversell a solution or overcharge. We will definately use him again if the need arises.
Genuinely nice guy. Did a great job at my mum's for a reasonable price.
Could not open front door, rang Alan at 5.30pm, he was there the next morning at 10.30am, had the door open in no time, needed a new door mechanism which Alan had on his van also fitted a new barrel and realigned my door after me unscrewing the hinges. Highly recommended as he gives top quality service.
