Don’t use if you are a woman. I was going to spend a few hundred pounds on deadlocks for my van but the guy I dealt with was a pig. He was so rude. When I left after getting a quote my friend said I think he’s a woman hater the way that he spoke to you. Obviously they don’t need the business. If that’s what he is like for just a quote. What would his after service be like if there was a problem? Totally disgusting and a terrible experience but I get the feeling he wouldn’t have spoken to a man the way that he spoke to me!
Popped in today to get a key cut, simple, quick, friendly service at a reasonable rate, would definitely recommend
Sent via WhatsApp a photo of the KABA key and Boris quickly replied that they could supply a new one. They are the only key cutters in Essex I have found who were able to do so! Drove to Southend the next day and Boris cut two keys via their special computer - Excellent friendly service - highly recommended!
These lads got me out of trouble. Quick, excellent service. Opened my Mazda without causing damage. Mazda assistance wanted to bend the door to get in. Highly recommended. Thanks!!
Very rude,expensive and arrogant. I needed some keys cut and they wanted to charge me £6.90 each, I was told that I would not get that type of key cut anywhere else cheaper, after I refused to pay the extortionate price I was told "yeah good luck with that then"!!, found a local Dry Cleaners who charged £3.50 each and did them straight away with no fuss. This is not the 1st time I have had issues with this company and wouldn't recommend them at all.
Last Saturday my daughter was locked out of her flat due to a faulty lock. As an item had been left switched on inside and she had nothing on her feet I made an urgent call to Bright's who attended within approx. 30min. First class service from their locksmith who did a good job and cleaned up after drilling out and replacing the barrel. Price very reasonable. I'm a very satisfied customer and will use again and recommend.
Really can't speak highly enough of these guys. They came up with a really ingenious way of getting into my vehicle, when a lot of locksmiths really turned down the job. Worth every penny, they also threw in a free key. Excellent service
