Massive thank you to Lee. Customer service is superb. After a little accident loosing keys I contacted Lee to get the locks changed. He pointed out security flaws, replaced locks and even realigned the backdoor to sit correctly. I would highly recommend Lockman247. Excellent service. Quick, professional and friendly. Highly recommended. I would rate this service 10 out of 10 stars if I could.  I only wish I could have found out about Lockman 24-7 sooner :-( 

Oh and one other thing - Thanks for the lift back home. Highly appreciated.

Glen in Telford: called Lee last night about wooden back door lock, key turns but would not open door. He answered immediately. Appointment for 8.30am this morning accepted happily. Lee called back within an hour to offer appointment same night but we were happy to leave until the morning. Turned up at 8.30am bang on time. Our lock was not one he had with him. Agreed to him getting door open so dog could go in and out as normal. As I was in all day it was okay for him to come back asap. Lee was back within an hour and not only fitted the new British Standard 5 lever mortice lock quickly he made adjustments to stop door catching as it was previously. Can not fault him or his work. Great service. Paid by Credit Card using his magic mobile card machine, very convenient. Recommended. Thx Lee :)

Prompt, courteous, professional. Removed snapped key from lock very quickly, then gave me some very sensible advice about dealing with a warped door frame to reduce the likelihood of a key snapping in the future. Highly recommended.
