I don't know what these people below are talking about, I use this pharmacy for all my and my partners stuff and they are fantastic, especially the owner, he is very knowledgeable, honest, kind and considerate and has extremely good customer service and care. I would recommend them to anyone. they have never not had what we need and they always deal with sorting out prescriptions from the doctors to save me from doing it. If I can give more than 5 stars I would.

Extremely helpful and polite whenever I use them. Ignore the one star review from Stephen Howlett, a quick look at his review history shows that he's left near identical reviews for multiple pharmacies across the south of England. One wonders if he isn't perhaps an independent pharmacist himself making a very poor attempt at industrial sabotage!

I live on the outskirts of the village and always use locking pharmacy. They have always helped me and my family whenever I need it . If there is something they don't have in the pharmacy when i want it then they will order it in for me . As I don't drive and the shops are about five miles away it is easier just to walk to the village pharmacy and it is just across the road from my doctors surgery. They are all really nice and helpful and extremely polite to people . I for one would like to thank them for opening this shop in our lovely village.

Personally I am very grateful for the fact that Locking now has its own pharmacy. The staff are all incredibly friendly whenever I pop in. I am particularly appreciative of the fact that Martin has taken the time to understand what I need and is always very supportive. All in all, a great pharmacy!

Martin and his polite, courteous and friendly team always deliver outstanding customer service. The pharmacy is a real asset to the village.
