From the reception staff the ones I have experienced to the doctors only experienced two so far they have been friendly and helpful. I get the impression this is a busy practice but so far so good they respond to things quickly. Had to call in for an appointment for my son, got called back by a doctor 15 mins later and then was asked to come in about 1h 30m later, so that’s pretty good in my books.
