Had an injector pipe crack on our motorhome whilst on holiday. Managed to get to Ullapool and called at Lochbroom Garage. Robin did an inspection and a new one was ordered by Olivia for delivery and fitting next day. Great customer service and went above and beyond to help get us going again. Thank you.

Clearly a 5 star operation, but administratively - forgetting about the only customer in the building for an hour (the receptionist forgot to tell the mechanic I was here, for a scheduled appointment) was a rookie mistake. Had I not piped up to see what was going on I do know how long I would have been sitting there. Had the individual apologised personally to me rather than leaving it to her colleague to take the initiative and say sorry (I think the colleague seemed surprised at the situation) I wouldn't feel so aggrieved. Mechanic was fantastic and had my tyre changed in 5 minutes. With all due respect - If I may suggest, please don't pass customers around, it doesn't feel nice and take responsibility for your errors just as you would the stuff you clearly normally get right.

Excellent service this week after tyre blow out, from Sylvia in the office through to the young mechanic, minimum of fuss, maximum efficiency from what is obviously a well managed garage.

Helpful, friendly, decent folks. Clean, tidy and modern workshop area, sensible hourly rates. Also sells bulk LPG for dual fuel cars and camper van refillable tanks.

Top service! We had a leaking tyre on our hire car. Made it in to Lochbroom and everyone there did their best to help us out of a difficult situation. The whole staff went above and beyond the normal expectations of service! Thank you for everything!
