Totally amazing food! My first time visiting and won't be my last. It is pretty pricey but for a special occasion it's nice to treat yourself. Helpful staff and always had a smile.

My husband and I had a lovely early dinner at 5:40/6pm which allowed us to benefit from the lunchtime deal price. The service was quick and the staff were quite friendly. I would warn you that if you are planning on going around this time, that you call up prior to going as the waitress and waitor tried to stop us from ordering from the lunch menu, claiming that the lunch deal was over despite it not yet being 6pm. When we asked for the bill they also tried to charge us full price, so double check what you are paying for.
My mother's experience was very poor. She booked far in advance for a small group including disabled ladies at a Friday lunchtime. On arrival the accessible entrance was locked and the reservation was forgotten fortunately there was, surprisingly, only one other diner. Service was extraordinarily slow despite being far from busy, starters tasted poor, and the mains were varyingly tasteless and inedible. Such a shame to learn that this fine restaurant has fallen so far.
Lovely place to visit and have a dinner if you are fancy a seafood .
Lovely staff. Great options on food for those who do and those who don't eat fish. Although not always cooked perfectly it is a good option for dinner and many deals to take advantage of. Ps there is actually a small car park immediately behind the restaurant which is free to use if you are dining.
Had high expectation but got disappointed. Fish and chips portion was alright but the quality was awful. To wash my mouth i ordered a single glass of Dalmore 15 whisky since i have it at home and its one of my favourite but they served me a random one. Probably a Honey JD. .All in all i dont recommend this restaurant since price is high but service is not up to it.
Really enjoyed the food. Catered well for 10 people. Good attentive service and catered well for Gluten free intolerance. Food fairly expensive but all in all a positive dining experience!

Very disappointed! The Guildford restaurant, when we visited a couple yes back, was fantastic, but unfortunately this visit sucked! The initial waiter seemed like he'd just appeared from another planet and was shocked and unsure where he was our what he was doing. I asked for some olive oil to go with the bread, but I got some unflavoured oil which seemed like it may have come out of the deep fat fryer! The calamari and the prawns and scallop were pretty flavourless. However, the olive were nice, and the girlfriend enjoyed her salmon. Three aircon was on hyper drive; really nice for the first two minutes as such a hot day, but it soon got really cold; so did the food as a result! Not going here again. I may not even visit their other restaurants in the future!
