10 out of 10 service!! Quality of work is phenomenal!! Darren the MD was extremely helpful with providing quotations and advising what was best for my property and money. His staff were also very polite, cleaned up after themselves and were on time every time!! They were also courteous to my neighbours which always helps during building work :-). I cannot recommend Local Plumbers of Ickenham enough. Outstanding finishing to their work and even went beyond there normal call of duty when I asked for a few extras like siliconing around my kitchen.

100% will use again and have recommended to many.

Stay away.  Saw them on Yell.co.uk.  I booked an appointment for Cambridge and did not turn up.  When I called them they had the day wrong.  Made another appointment and again they did not turn up.  Called them to find out why.  They said they will call back.  Nothing happened.  Do not use them.  Should have read the reviews here first.  Total waste of my time.  If only I can use zero star.

Superb company!!!! Knowledgeable and friendly from the start. Nothing was too much trouble as they really went the extra mile when installing my new boiler.

Never mind my username.. Personal joke. This company are complete & utter rubbish, I was quoted "£62.50p/h" on the phone, then when speaking to the plumber on arrival I find out its £62.50 per HALF an hour.. What a joke. I had a lot of cheaper quotes & fixed price quotes for under £100 to bleed & re-hang a radiator, & of course they tried to tell me they do it on half an hour slot to "save you money", terrible, basic, robotic responses. The plumber that did the job was perfectly fine, perfectly nice & capable. The company that contracted him however are complete & utter Idiots. I ended up having to pay £130 because I argued having to pay £150... What did I pay £150 for? To bleed a radiator that had fallen off of the wall, & "make-safe" the pipe.. So the job I actually wanted done was not done because they changed the quoted price, & I refused to allow the job to go on. This company needs to be shut down. Seriously, avoid like your life depends on it.
